On Memorial Day the members of EOB and area CrossFit gyms joined together to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy who gave his life for our country and our freedom. This was a serious workout. Hardcore can't describe it. Blood, sweat and tears.

The MDM is as follows: (for time)
Run 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile

Put that in your gym bag and try it!

Note: I took many photos of all of the participants. Not all of them turned out as you were there and you know how fast you were moving. =) Great job to all who came out and I apologize if I missed you in any shots.
